the random things

before anything else, haha flea, huimin and serene happy nott i called you guys to yak today! haha :P peiyun i'll yak with you when you're back ok.

haha now that i know you guys can't comment on the xanga i think i may switch! haha other than the fact that xanga's really nice to use, and that everyone seems to have a blogspot, i realised there's some other secret reason why i'm having a xanga! hahaha. shh, secret.

anyway. yes. as promised i'm going to write about the random things about me! but i donno whom to tag. so won't tag.

1. i like having condensed milk mixed in with plain porridge, ever since i was like 6 or something. i have recurrent bouts of addictions to fanta lemon, otah, maoam candy (cherry flavour) and SUPER RINGS. other times i still really love these foods and drinks but less obssessive.

2. for a period of time i really couldn't stand having price stickers on pens. and would peel them off every single one of my pens/pencils and others' too when i rummage through their pencil cases.

3. i have recently acquired a yellow-fish and a green-crab, adding to my zoo collection of the fattyhappy crowd on my bed. hahaha. there's Cow, Pig, Loaf (my blue hippo), Little Hippo (XiaoHeMa), Elephant (XiaoXiang), and lots of others whom i adore. i also like the fat caterpillar from "A Bug's Life". hehheh. i have just spontaneously coined the word "hippocup" here at flat 57 in nottingham, literally meaning a hippo having a hiccup, but really meaning obstacles along the way to being a-ok.

4. it's my mini-resolution, alongside the biggy ones, for 2006, to be a better and more thoughtful friend! i'm still chirpy and all that but really just less "outreaching" after jc. and i really do miss all of you out there though i forget birthdays, don't reply to emails, procrastinate about meeting up, etc. i'm here i'm here!

5. my first pair of red shoes was when i was really little. like those shiny ones worn with frilly socks. since then my love for dorothy-shoes has grown and (as in the wizard of oz) even over here in nottingham, i have about 5 pairs in my room. hahaha. they range from sneakers to clogs. so there.

6. i first used the word wonky without remembering seeing it used anywhere else. haha. eg. "i'm feeling wonky today la... :(" lidet.

tadah! see i surpassed expectation! 6 ok!!! hahaha.
