a victory, an island, a toothbrush

hi everyone.
first up, lemme say just HOW happy i am that italy won last night. and i felt sho touched to have so many frens smsing me at the same time (flea included) congratulating me and sharing w me how it was a good game. haha i feel sho proud as their supporter. i was sho scared that totti will miss the penalty can? and i cried when they won. the azzuris always make me cry, be it tears of joy on victory or getting kicked out, like all the previous times. yesh flea, dear alex is botak now. and he's much older. but i love him nonetheless. like how i love the chubbycutefhunky inamoto - whom i gush abt without fail everyday. heh.

anyhow i think the italians have a good chance to play in the finals. not win bc germs gonna do it bc its in their home country.. and we all know its always "like that" yeah? all the homeground advantage and wat not.
but there's always hope. and there's always miracles. haha. what can i say other than im real proud of them?

i sho wish all of you love to watch soccer like me and flea do. then we can all join in this whole WC hype. which brings me to friday:
dinner sounds good. its my last day of work.. (yay!) but how to watch my match? its at 11pm..

sigh last day of work on fri. i hate my job, but i love this place. its gonna be hard to leave cos im somewhat attached to the place and pple. (but i still kant wake up in the morning.. and im constantly half asleep throughout the day)
its been a great learning opportunity i guess. and maybe tts what counts. right?
the experiences and memories and frens we made. sigh.

last fri i went to the dentist. its been wat? 10 years since i did.. bc i found and dislodge a piece of plague myself! omg. its scary. i thot im losing my teeth. haha. then in the end, the dentist cleaned up my teeth and suggests bracing.
other than that, he asked me to get kids toothbrush. haha. i did.
bot my very own winniethepooh baby toothbrush yest. haha. so kiddish la. im embarrassed mannn.
watever. but its quite good to use. i wanna recommend and realise other than me, all of ya have quite nice teeth.
heheh.

Mushroom

Hello you all...haven't blogged in some time and haven't seen Flea nor Huimin since I've been home. How's work Serene? And Peiyun, you're the last one to turn 21! Haha, so happy to see the 2 of you at the airport.

These few days, I've been spending most of my time with my mum, and being at home, just, you know, being around at home and at Bin Tong. Watching tv, reading books and The Straits Times, wrapping presents for the 3 of you :) Also met up with my council-mates on Saturday, caught that really boring Argentina v Holland match with Jasper. Of course, I've also seen Zeyuan la. Attended his friend's wedding reception too. It's good to be home la.

I've got so many photos to show you guys, even though most of the travel photos are on my friends' cameras. Just today, I sent the camera for repair and then guess what, I also got my eyes checked. I have very slight myopia la, so am getting a pair of spectacles for when I'm required to read from afar. Wellwell. At 21, that's quite cool isn't it. Hurhur.

Spain and France have added a colourful dimension to my experiences. I can't wait to share their sights, smells, sounds and people with you guys. Have collected many postcards.

I won't let my resit dampen my time here la. Meaning, I will go ahead and make arrangements but I will do it cheerfully.

Have lots more to say but will leave it for when we play catch-up over some nicely-brewed tea, preferably with a nice slice of cake.

So, how's Friday for dinner? At my place? Or even my uncle's, since I may be having dinner there because Heshen's coming home on Thursday. Lemme know all right.

a few updates

its been a while since anyone updates. maybe cos we've always been meeting up hence blog takes a backseat, making way for more spontaneous interactions. maybe cos the pple holidaying are just plain lazy laa. heh.

oh wells. first, a big HELLO to huayu! welcome back gal. mug hard for the retest (sigggghhhh.. why?? an-zuah-an-ee-si-kuan? hahah..) and enjoy summer at the same time. im sure u'll cherish such precious times with family and loved ones. (should that be a singular?)
haha.

at work now. next week is my last. i can hardly wait for vacation proper to begin yeah? i have so many things planned out.. i reckon july is gonna be exciting. just wanna let go of the whole "im-attached-to-work-and-the-workplace" + workaholic syndrome and fully embrace slackerism at its finest. how will that include you? well for starter, we can meet up for meals. we can hold a celebrations (belated one) for huay. we can throw that in with laoda's bday - gang affair only. and my wine-glass opening ceremony. we can watch soccer.. (flea???) yeap! gooooo italy! gooooo christianoronaldo! goooooo inamoto! we can go TIMBRE with me. we can swim and tan with me. we can stayover. we can go watch movies (cos the docs are telling me how they have not watched something decent for a long time).

but first i must sleep and rest up. so dun date me for breakfast unless u eat it at 2pm okies?

all right, before i go.. just wanna highlight the hk drama coming up starring our very own (lets give it up for.. *drumroll*) bobbyauyangzhenhualiuhuiminlaoda and my favouritest bigngai.. opps. bigeye - pun intended. (geddit py? cos i assume if u do, then the rest should).

yeah what is summer without some bobby right? (*ding-ding* recall last summer.)
