the gang and the airport

-My Version-
(a first attempt at documentary)

so there. the gang had the usual stayover during the hols.
but its a first at the airport.
the unprecedented adventure began at 930pm when serene joined huimin on bus 88 to bishan, where they then made their way to locate a certain "lenny" at tai hwan heights for the collection of christmas parcel from uk.
it was a hefty 20min walk IN and another 20 min OUT, where they saw a silver car with a number place 932 which serene recognised from all the visits to huay's house.
nice uncle of bus 53 waited for them as they boarded and returned to j8 to meet flea.
they then went to ntuc to get stuff for huay and huimin conveniently bot py her fave food (so she can eat on the plane!)

serene insisted at 12midnight that bus 13 goes to airport when in actual fact she was wrong! it goes to east coast! she had mixed up previous beach outings with airport ones. with the realisation, huimin RAN all the way to the interchange and stopped bus 53 at the traffic light!!
ohmygosh! (serene and flea just walked briskly. tsktsk)
but the bus uncle was very amused to tell them the last bus left at 1115. they had missed it.
ALAS!!! they then decided to take 58 to somewhere in pasir ris and then see how from there.
so began a series of photo shoot on the bus which eventually terminated at some ulu empty pasir ris interchange where the 3 gals flagged for a cab at 1am.
uncle was really nice. he waived the 25 cents off the fare and trio safely reached the airport.
they sat at bk (where py and her team was) and started decorating some card to give to huay!
in between the period of time, a guy with suit and a rose came in. pple sniggered and he glared at them. one of py's frens even went up to ask him why he had a rose on...
after completing the presents, serene and flea ran away from laoda n hid behind some plants. but laoda managed to hunt them down and so began another series of photo-taking.
serene does her annual bully laoda act by making her piggyback ride her. and even posing for a few photos bc she was not happy with those that are taken.
so the pple gathered and check in, and the trio went for breakfast at T1. by then the airport is crowded again and the sun had risen.
they played a few rounds of uno (of which serene won the most sets and huimin never won any!)
and one round of daidee, of which serene won again.
(talks of the coming "huat ar" CNY gambling session at hm's house was brought up. also while walking ard T1, serene described how life would be like for her in the future. it was hilarious with the scenarios of cigarettes and magarita, abused husband, obese single and pregnant with 4 kids!)
then they left for hougang interchange to meet zy to pass him huay's gifts before fel hopped on nel to ps, and huimin took 27 home. and serene took 112.
but it was a fun filled outing. with lotsa chatting, catching up, gossiping and laughter.
wat a memorable night.

anyway.. thanks huimin. you're damn efficient. and once again, nice descriptions to go with the photos. haha. but u missed LY. siiigggghhh. he looks good yeah? heh heh heh. ZHUAI3!
